I'm Henriett — Heni to my clients — and I run a private mobile hairdressing studio. Instead of asking you to drive down Dale Mabry and sit in a busy salon chair, I bring the whole service to you. European training behind every appointment
I started out in Tampa in the late 1990s, then spent close to twenty years working across Europe. I trained and practiced in France and the Netherlands before settling in London, where I co-owned Hairport, a pinup-inspired salon in the center of the city. Those years abroad are the foundation of how I work — precise cutting, thoughtful color, and a genuine respect for the health of the hair and scalp.
Back home in Tampa, I renewed my Florida cosmetology license and built Hair by Heni around an organic, low-tox philosophy: gentle on hair, gentle on the body, gentle on the home. A few days a week you'll also find me at Blow Bar in Tampa. But my mobile clients get that same European training brought right to their door.
Sensitive-scalp and post-chemotherapy care
One of the reasons clients seek me out is that I specialize in sensitive scalps — the people who've found that standard salon products leave them itching, burning, or reacting. My low-tox, ammonia-free approach is built for exactly those situations.
I'm also bringing a specialization in post-chemotherapy hair care to my mobile practice. Post-chemotherapy care is priced on consultation, because it always starts with a real conversation about what you need.
How booking works
I work on a personally confirmed booking basis. You choose a service and preferred time through the booking page, and I confirm after reviewing your hair goals, address, timing, and any travel fee. Payment happens at the appointment by Tap-to-Pay, Venmo, Zelle, or cash.
When I arrive, I bring all my own tools and products. All you need is a bit of space and access to water. If you're in Carrollwood or Carrollwood Village and you'd rather have your hair done at home than fight the Dale Mabry traffic, send a booking request through the site. I'll get back to you to confirm a time and travel details, and bring the studio to you.
