I'm Henriett — Heni to my clients — and I run a private mobile hairdressing studio. Instead of asking you to drive down Dale Mabry and sit in a busy salon chair, I bring the whole service to you. Cuts, color, styling, all done in the comfort of your own home in Carrollwood, Carrollwood Village, or the surrounding lake community.

European training behind every appointment
I started out in Tampa in the late 1990s, then spent close to twenty years working across Europe. I trained and practiced in France and the Netherlands before settling in London, where I co-owned Hairport, a pinup-inspired salon in the center of the city. Those years abroad are the foundation of how I work — precise cutting, thoughtful color, and a genuine respect for the health of the hair and scalp.
Back home in Tampa, I renewed my Florida cosmetology license and built Hair by Heni around an organic, low-tox philosophy: gentle on hair, gentle on the body, gentle on the home. A few days a week you'll also find me at Blow Bar in Tampa. But my mobile clients get that same European training brought right to their door.
Sensitive-scalp and post-chemotherapy care
One of the reasons clients seek me out is that I specialize in sensitive scalps — the people who've found that standard salon products leave them itching, burning, or reacting. My low-tox, ammonia-free approach is built for exactly those situations.
I'm also bringing a specialization in post-chemotherapy hair care to my mobile practice. If you're coming back to hair care after treatment, your hair and scalp have likely changed in ways that need a gentler, slower, more considered approach. I meet you where you are, at a pace that's comfortable, in the privacy of your own home rather than a crowded salon floor. Post-chemotherapy care is priced on consultation, because it always starts with a real conversation about what you need.

Clear, fixed prices. I'll adjust for length and density at your consultation, but you'll know the starting point before anything begins. Haircuts and styling:

Family bundles (same household, same visit) are a natural fit for Carrollwood households — everyone taken care of in a single visit, no one shuttled anywhere:

How booking works
I work on a request-to-book basis rather than instant scheduling. You send a request through the site with what you'd like and a few times that suit you, and I reply personally to confirm. I prefer it that way — it lets me understand your hair and your schedule before we lock anything in. There's no online payment; you pay at the appointment by Venmo, Zelle, cash, or tap-to-pay.
When I arrive, I bring all my own tools and products. All you need is a bit of space and access to water. If you're in Carrollwood or Carrollwood Village and you'd rather have your hair done at home than fight the Dale Mabry traffic, send a booking request through the site.
